About KORNDAWG
Hello peoples! My name is KORNDAWG. You can find me practically anywhere except Twitter or Facebook- I go by “korndawg711” on all my sites. So- I’m 16, female, live in New Hampshire USA. I have over 5000 korn photos on my computer. I have never seen Korn live because they’ve only been here 4 times in their nearly 19-year history. They came to the Hampton Beach Casino in 2010 a week before my birthday, and… my parents said no. Crushed my dreams. They said motorcycle gangs hung out there and I would get killed. The next day Korn posted pics from the show and I cried. JD said it was awesome. I cried more. So I’m still waiting.
I have been a fan since 2008. The first Korn song I ever heard was Twisted Transistor. The first album I bought was Untitled. I don’t have much rare merch like some korn freaks cause I wasn’t around when the stuff came out so I couldn’t collect it. But I would if I could.
My interests are mainly environmental. I’ve been an ecologist since I could walk and somehow entomology has always been on top. Yes, that is the study of insects and kin. They are my favorite types of living things and personally I believe that the reason people despise them is irrational fear and simple ignorance of their value. I love ‘em to death and I’d much prefer a pet cricket to a puppy.
I do nature photography as well, mostly of insects, which I work with the Iowa State University of Entomology on for scientific research purposes. In the future I plan to major in Ecology/Environmental Conservation and I’m gonna save the world, literally. I got a plan in my head on how to fix this place and just wait until I have the tools to make it happen!
If I had to categorize my taste in music, it’d be 90s Hard rock.
